Fave: Garlic Press

Yeah! Consider me "old-fashioned" knowing that I still use this. I love it. This is one of my fave items here in the kitchen. That's the "old school" in me. I do have a food processor, but I use it for other items, and not for crushing garlic. I always remember  la flor dominicana cigars whenever I see this in the kitchen counter. This also is one of my dad's fave items - both of us love GARLIC! What I have is this Ikea Garlic Press, and it just does the work for me especially when I want to add garlic in my vinegar, soy sauce, onion, and hot chilies dip. Also perfect when topping it over fresh lumpia with it's brown sauce and crushed peanuts. Yummy!
