Tips for the Holiday Season

Holiday Planning:
     - Make a list of people you want to give gifts to. Set price limit for each person. Remember, it's   
       the thought the counts. STICK to your BUDGET!

Holiday Decorating:
     - It is not mandatory to have a theme each year. Designate areas around your home that you wish
       to be the focal point. If you have a fireplace at home (not common here in the Philippines), now  
       is the time for a fireplace mantel remodel. I really love the look of pretty, glowing fireplaces
       during the Yuletide season. But keep in mind to... Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

     - Declutter
     - Re-arrange
     - Re-organize

Holiday Cooking:
     - Plan your Christmas eve and day menu. Sit down with the whole family and ask for suggestions.
     - Buy items and ingredients 2-3 days before the celebration.
     - Best tip is to go POTLUCK if part of your Christmas tradition is to have a family reunion.
