All in a day's work...

It's almost 9:00pm Manila time. I'm here at work trying to finish everything that needs to be done today. My shift starts at 8pm, ends at 5am. As you can see, I am not done yet with all the items on my To Do list today. I just took a 5 min break from what I'm doing. Grant me the power to complete all that needs to be done so by tomorrow, I will be off to a good start again. An hour has just passed and I think that I've accomplished a lot. That is because I came in early. An hour early, that is.

This is the life of being a Quality Assurance Analyst in a call center environment. Aside from auditing calls, coaching the reps should also be done. How I wish it was that simple. But the job description of being a QA requires you to develop strategies and oversee it,  utilize data sources by profiling, checking tools and system accesses to determine issues and help solve them. We also have to maintain quality data, utilize and leverage opportunities, and do admin tasks as well. We also take part in training and coordinate with clients. A whole lot of stuff, right? I'm not complaining. I love my job. I love the pay. I just hope I get an increase for me to buy that   morgan silver dollars for sale.

Again, no one is complaining.... This is the life of being a QA, and I love it to bits. All in a day's work for me.
