Housekeeping...

If asked by someone what could be one of those things I'd like to excel or be an expert of, I'd say "housekeeping" in a snap. Martha Stewart in the making? Nah! I just want to keep my home clean and fresh. I guess no one would love to stay in a chaotic and disarrayed home, right?  Wouldn't it be nice to come home to a clean, dust-free house? I've got quite a number of books related to keeping the home. I even buy the ones published and written for hospitality students.

Right now, I am in the process of creating my very own "Home Management Binder". I found this site helpful. I am so inspired and excited. I know I am off to a good start. Wish me luck *fingers crossed*! I will keep you posted.

Just this afternoon, I woke up hearing water trickling down the faucet. To my surprise, one of the bathrooms located at the back of the house was starting to flood. The leaky faucet was the cause. I gotta have this repaired ASAP. And another problem I encountered today was the leaky dirty kitchen sink. Hmmm.... The husband then suggested to have some parts of the dirty kitchen renovated and have an undermount kitchen sink installed. Thank to the husband, I am not alone in managing and keeping our home. This weekend, a date has been set. Gotta start canvassing for everything needed for the renovation.
