OE time!

Well, Hello August! At work, this is the time where everyone's up on their toes busy with meetings left and right, interviewing applicants, training, etc. Come September, the chaos begins. It's time for our clients to elect, change, add coverage for their health insurances which they get as benefits from their employers. I just attended training last month and I'm glad I did. At first, I wanted to put off training due to the heavy work load that I have to accomplish. But I made the right decision. Training is a breather for me. All I get to do is to listen to the facilitator and refresh my memory. It's one way for us QA's to relax. I got to hear the words benefits, short-term disability insurance, rolling enrollment, sponsored dependents, and a whole lot more again. The notebook I had the first time I attended training is still the notebook that I used. I just needed to take note of any 2011/2012 updates we have. I think I have to end now and review. Til then....
