I took the chance last night to fiddle with my Samsung Galaxy Tab. Since I was feeling a bit under the weather yesterday, I didn't report for work and decided to just rest and stay in bed the whole time. I got the tab as a Christmas gift last year and finally after 7 months, I decided to explore it's features. Same thing that happened when I got my Blackberry phone in February 2010. After 3 months of using the BB for it's text and call features, I finally got the chance to know it better. Now, it got me thinking if ever I purchase an ipod nano 8g, will it take me months as well to look into it further?

 Going back to the tab, I love it. I really, really do! Unlike the ipad, you all know of the tab's Text and call feature, right? So aside from the 3G, Wifi, and Bluetooth features, you have an extra phone with that. The cameras on the tab are great as it gives you two options - front and back. I use the front camera often for self-shots (haha, vain!), and Skype. And oh my, I shouldn't forget to tell you about the games. Having Angry Birds installed in it, I'm a certified Angry Bird addict now. Aside from downloading stuff via the Samsung apps site, downloading can be as easy as 1-2-3 when tapping on the Android Market icon. Lots of items for free in there. One of the downloads that I really love is the Relax and Sleep app. This app helps me sleep soundly throughout the day (you know I work during the night). This app features more than 30 sounds, has a count down timer, and an alarm clock. I also use this app during my weekly sessions with my favorite masseuse.
