Happy 4th of July to all my friends in the US. Happy long weekend to me too. Another US holiday means an extra rest day from work. How I love long weekends. Don't you?
The only difference this time is that the husband and I just decided to stay at home and not do anything. Well, I guess I have to do something. Our househelp already left for the province and now were are looking for a replacement. Such a tedious task, indeed. Very seldom do we find people whom we could truly trust these days. I'm hoping to find one, soon.
Another thing that popped in my mind today would be listing down things we would be giving as presents. In our family the month of July signals the start of birthday's here and there. Just this month, there are family members celebrating their birthdays. And all would fall on a weekend. No excuse to just celebrate it alone, right? Everyone in the family is available during the weekends therefore, a little celebration will be present. Spreaking of birthdays, I visited again the site where I use to get invitation ideas. Their Checkerboard invites are cool. I could refer a cousin to visit the site and maybe purchase an invite there.
ako naman this weekend, naisip ko na mag-ipon ng christmas gifts! since it's already july, time will pass by quickly and before we know it, it's christmas.

Ang bilis ng panahon. July na....tapos di na mamalayan December na. I better save up for Christmas :)
