Yesterday morning, I was deeply saddened by the text message I got. It was a colleague informing me that one of our co-workers passed away at 4am yesterday. Sad. This co-worker of ours has been absent for the past three weeks now. Honestly, I do not know yet what caused his death. One of the team managers said that it was due to pneumonia. Others said typhoid fever. We are all eager to know what caused all these, but we are also trying to respect the bereaved family. Calling them or asking them via sms won't help. We decided that it would be much better to ask all the questions we have in mind as we visit his wake.

Staying healthy and keeping fit with the kind of work we have is very important. Cleansing and detoxing would help a lot. Do I see cleansonix to the rescue?
