My thoughts: Losing weight

"What is the best way to lose weight fast?" This is the question I typed in Google's search box and I got some results. Various results. It started with 7 fastest ways to lose weight, exercise questions, 50 easy ways to lose weight, and the list goes on and on. But, tell me, is there such a way?  The key to lose weight is through proper diet, exercise, and determination. Losing weight does not happen overnight. Not even in days, or weeks. It's a continuous process. A process which we all have to bear with.
