My role as a Quality Assurance Specialist

I am currently preparing a slide show which I have to present at work tonight. Aside from a Quality Analyst's function of auditing calls and coaching representatives, we also are to do admin tasks and prepare reports. One of which is this calibration report which we do every week. During calibration, we review calls, define objective criteria, and calculate standard deviation to assess the success of the calibration and standardization process. Team Managers, trainers, and quality assurance specialists for each line of business meet up every week to see if every one is compliant and well calibrated. This is just one of the several meetings I attend to in a given work week. Let me share with you my work busy calendar:
