The moon tonight,,,

On our way home from the mall, we noticed people out on the streets, gazing at the skies. Full moon, I thought. I tried my best to get a glimpse of the moon but to no avail as buildings and houses were an obstruction. I waited anxiously, til we arrived home. I remembered reading something online about Venus, Jupiter, and the moon.

According to astronomers, this years planetary convergence is special because its occurring in the early evening when nearly everyone worldwide might have a chance to witness it.

As we got home, I took out my trust point and shoot camera, (no DSLR for me yet) and took pictures of this one astronomical event.
